Also known as Alocasia ‘Frydek’, this stunning plant has deep emerald green leaves that almost glow, depending on the angle of the light. It is also another "diva plant" because it needs plenty of light, but not too much, and regular watering but not too often!

When it comes to painting a leaf with such a simple pattern, it is so important to do justice to the texture and the colour. The bright green highlights and the stark contrast of the veins required careful layering and brushwork.
