Shipping

If items are in stock, orders usually ship within 24 hours. Where items are not in stock, orders typically ship within 7 working days.

  • Use ‘FREE80’ at checkout for free European standard delivery on orders of £80 or more

  • Use ‘FREE100’ at checkout for free international standard delivery on order of £100 or more

Please be aware that postal/courier services are experiencing delays in delivering items due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, your order may not reach you as fast as it normally would, but please bear with us.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am also not responsible for delays due to customs.

Payment

I accept the following payment methods:

Packaging

A2 prints will be in a plastic sleeve to protect against water and will be enclosed in a rigid cardboard poster tube.

A4 prints will be in a plastic sleeve and sent in a flat, rigid cardboard envelope with an additional corrugated cardboard stiffener included. The cardboard envelope will be put in a waterproof mailer bag.

A6 postcards and greeting cards will be in a plastic sleeve and sent in a cardboard box for rigidity. The box will be put in a waterproof mailer bag.

Items will be combined into the same parcel, where possible. This may mean the packaging will differ to that described above, but rest assured protection of the items is my top priority.

I have carefully chosen the packaging to ensure that it fully protects the artwork during its journey to you. I am also keen to ensure that my packaging choices are kind to the environment. Although I am not yet plastic free, all the packaging materials I have chosen are recyclable and in some instances are also made from recycled material.

Returns or Replacements

I hope you are very happy with your purchase, but if for whatever reason you’re not, I gladly accept returns. To receive a refund, please get in touch via the contact form within 3 days of delivery and ship the items back within 10 days of receiving them. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please return items in their original packaging, where possible, to minimise the risk of damage in transit. If items are damaged, the buyer will be responsible for covering their cost.

If your item is damaged when you receive it, please accept my apologies and use the contact form to get in touch as soon as possible so I can arrange for a replacement to be sent out.

Cancellations

Unfortunately, I don’t accept order cancellations, but if you do change your mind, please follow the Returns guidance above.

Sizes

My products follow standard ISO A series sizing as follows:

  • A2 prints are 59.4 cm x 42 cm (or 23.4 in x 16.5 in)

  • A4 prints are 29.7 cm x 21 cm (or 11.7 in x 8.3 in)

  • A6 postcards and greeting cards are 14.8 cm x 10.5 cm (or 5.8 in x 4.1 in)

Framed Prints

I don’t offer framed prints for sale. However, as prints are sold in standard ISO A series sizes, it’s easy to find frames for them.

Scanning

I’ve had my watercolour paintings professionally scanned using the latest Epson flatbed scanner with an optical density of 3.8 DMax, and 48-bit colour depth to ensure accurate, high-resolution reproductions of my work.

Printing

All A2 and A4 prints are professionally printed on archival quality Hahnemühle Photo Rag paper (308 gsm) using the giclée printing method.

Giclée is an inkjet printing process that uses archival pigment inks and acid-free papers. Giclée prints are known for their accuracy and depth of colour, as well as their ability to stand the test of time.

A6 postcards and greeting cards are professionally printed on 280 gsm card.

Bulk Orders
