Beautiful silvery green foliage with deep purple veins that blend into a rich olive green towards an edge that is fringed with tiny reddish brown hairs; Begonia ‘Fairy’ is one of the more unusual varieties I've come across.

I used a wet-on-wet technique to carefully bleed the deep purple of the veins into olive green. The transition of the two colours was challenging, but overall I am happy with how this leaf looks, particularly the depth of the fuzzy silvery green centre of the leaf.
